Deka Mobile Messaging Terms of Service
These terms govern the Deka text messaging program, delivered on short code 77296 on behalf of participating churches and ministries in the United States.
1. About this messaging program
Deka is a text messaging service operated by Overflow App, Inc. ("Deka," "we," "us") that lets churches and ministries communicate with the people who choose to hear from them. Each participating organization has its own keyword on the shared short code 77296.
When you opt in, you can expect to receive messages such as service and event reminders, ministry and group announcements, prayer requests and follow-ups, giving confirmations and reminders, and other updates from the organization whose keyword you texted. Deka sends these messages on that organization's behalf.
Deka does not send marketing messages from unrelated third parties, and does not sell or rent your mobile number.
2. How to join
You can join a Deka messaging program in any of these ways:
Text the organization's keyword to 77296.
Enter your mobile number on a Deka sign-up form or on a form hosted by the organization.
Give your number and consent in person, for example on a connection card, and confirm the opt-in by replying to the message we send you.
After you join, we will send you a confirmation message identifying the program, the message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and how to get help or stop messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, donation, or participation in any activity of Deka or the organization.
3. Message frequency
This is a recurring messaging program. Message frequency varies, depending on the organization you joined, the programs you are enrolled in, and that organization's activity.
4. Cost
Deka does not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
5. How to stop messages
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code 77296. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
6. How to get help

7. Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery depends on your wireless provider's network and is not guaranteed. This program is available on most major United States carriers, and carrier participation may change without notice. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Eligibility and your responsibilities
The program is available only to mobile numbers in the United States.
You must be at least 13 years old, and you must be the account holder of the mobile number you provide or have the account holder's permission to enroll it.
Tell us promptly if your mobile number changes or is reassigned, so that messages are not sent to someone else.
Do not use the service to send unlawful, abusive, or harassing content.
We may suspend or end your participation, or the program itself, at any time without notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at www.deka.solutions/terms, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Continuing to receive messages after an update means you accept the updated terms.
